Particularities

To make good walnut flour, the raw materials must be pure and of an excellent quality. We only cold-pressselect nuts. The resulting oil cake is ground into a fine flour. California, Iran, Mexico and Turkey are the world’smain producers of walnuts. Their nuts are processed into high-grade oil and flour in Europe. The walnut harveststarts in September and ends in October.
