Our gluten-free pumpkin seed bread contains high-quality pumpkin seed protein, almond protein and gold linseed flour. With less than 3 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams, our bread is especially suitable for low-carb diets. It is rich in fibre and valuable vegetable proteins, which makes it very popular with vegans.

On top of these great properties, our baking mix is extremely easy to use. It can also be baked into bread rolls or baguettes.
