The growth of digitisation in retail is turning the market upside down for manufacturers. To follow this trend, we invested in our employees and in new technology in good time. For us as a manufacturer, E and M-commerce developments as well as social media platforms pose no contradiction, but are an additional, crucial foundation for successful collaboration with you.

Five years ago we successfully introduced SAP at our company, and 2 ½  years ago we decided to build a new site. Six months ago we moved into our new facilities in Niederkrüchten-Dam and have since then gradually commissioned our new, state-of-the-art production systems. These major milestones mean we are optimally prepared for the future. In and outside Germany, retail partners are placing growing amounts of requirements on manufacturers. As a producer of high-quality raw materials for technical applications, the cosmetic industry and the food industry, we take the utmost care in complying with the strict specifications of the IFS Food certification, which we passed with flying colours this summer. We were the first company to dare not only to label the "food" and "non-food" areas, but also separate them physically. This is a unique selling point that our business partners have come to appreciate greatly. The market and our end customers in particular demand comprehensive product information on sustainability, traceability, transparency and even a dropshipment service as standard practice. We have noticed that our customers and their end customers now expect to be supplied directly by the manufacturer. In addition to our classic website, we have also designed our own online shop with premium products and created a "showroom" for visitors. Here, detailed product information is combined with user-oriented consultation functions. Cooperation with regional partners in the immediate environment saw a successful start this summer. We work with our customers and strategic partners on putting together our entire range, on product tastings and on optimisations in the supply chain. Collaboration between production, product development and production line topics, such as advertisements and commodity group management, has especially gained in importance. We continually offer cooperation in the areas of needs planning, logistics and process optimisation, ready to be a strong partner at your side! In keeping with our motto: “Simple things done well...®” Our "off-line" team will attend many established exhibitions in the months to come.
