Baking mixes – gluten-free, low-carb, vegan

Over the past years, the eating habits of the population have changed radically. More and more people opt for vegan or low-carb diets. Others forego gluten – a protein found in wheat, spelt, rye and other grains – for health reasons.

As a producer of high-grade, natural vegetable products and a TOP 100 Innovator in 2018, we have set out to produce baking mixes that meet all these requirements. They are:

In our in-house laboratory kitchen, we continuously develop and optimise innovative mixtures with our specialist personnel.  Instead of conventional cereal flours, we take advantage of the benefits inherent to our own vegetable flours and proteins: pumpkin seed protein, sesame protein, almond protein, gold linseed flour, coconut flour and more.
